One of my favorite ways to create some serotonin is some good ol’ fashioned exercise. If summer’s heat makes it hard to leave your house for the gym, however, consider investing in some fitness equipment to bring the gym to you during Amazon Prime Day 2024. We found some of the best fitness sales happening now, so you don’t have to search through page after page of listings.

And if you’re not currently an Amazon Prime member, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial here to take advantage of all the deals rolling out July 16-17.

Original Peloton Bike $1,011 (Was $1,445)

A Peloton bike is a worthy addition to my smart home gym. I love that it’s sturdy, comfortable, and has a great program selection for workouts. (They can never make me hate you, Cody Rigsby!) The wide, immersive screen makes me feel like I’m in an in-person cycling studio. The quality is incredible—no rocking here. There’s a reason why the Peloton name is synonymous with stationary bikes.

[Already got an exercise app and some accessories to work with? Maybe you need to take advantage of one of the best television deals so that you can watch your favorite instruction on the big screen. And don’t forget a new blender for making protein smoothies.]
